((Characters: Etcetera, Mungojerrie, Munkustrap, Plato, Pouncival, Quaxo, Rumpleteazer, Tumblebrutus
Thread Summary: Etcetera wants to be the best dancer to attract Tugger and Zalika. Rumpleteazer tries to get her to stop dancing so obsessively. Pouncival comes in and laughs at Etcetera. Mungojerrie tackles Pouncival, and Rumpleteazer runs off with Etcetera.
Etcetera screams for help, which brings Munkustrap to her aid, and Tumblebrutus comes to help Pouncival out. Plato watches Tumblebrutus and Pouncival, while Quaxo shows up next to Munkustrap. Everyone talks.))
With thoughts of Tugger and Zalika swirling around her head, Etcetera decided she was going to become the very bestest dancer in the tribe, in order to win their loves. So far, her deterimination had lasted a full two days, with no signs of stopping. Spinning and twirling and leaping, she danced around the center gathering of the yard. It would take her a long time before she was as good as Bomba or Demeta or Rumpateaza or Vicky, but she certainly was doing her best, and her best wasn't too shabby. She sprang into the air and clapped her paws, humming her own tune to move to.

Rumple tilted her head to the side watching the kitten. She was worried about her. Usualy when Etcy started to do this it only lasted until ten minutes. She had tuaght the kitten two of her best moves in the past two days. Maybe she should try to teach her a move she couldn't do. If she couldn't do it would she give up and stop, or would it break her heart? She shook her head trying to decide what to do. Then she felt a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Hey sweetia'." She said looking up at her mate, then she turned her gaze back to the kitten.
"She still goin' at it?" He asked moving to sit beside her. "Ya' I was thinkin' of teachin' her a move she couldn't do maybe then she would give up." Said Rumple her usualy happy face twisting into a unhappy frown. "I would try it." Said Mungo nodding his head. "Okay, I wil' try." Said Rumple standing up. "Hey Etcy I have o' new move for ya'!" She yelled out.

Etcetera turned to look at Rumpateaza before giggling and bounding over to the older cat's side, her tail excitedly held high. "More! I wanna learns more!" Vicky was the best dancer in the tribe, but Rumpateaza had some of the coolest moves.

Rumple sighed then covered it up with a smile. "Okay, now this on' is petty' hard okay?" She said looking back at Mungo who in turn nodded back to her. She stratched her head for a moment before coming up with it. "Okay now this is called a flip flop." She said doing a flip flop, then she did eight flip flops in a row to show how neat they could be.

"Flip flop!" Etcetera repeated, nodding her head and watching closely as Rumpateaza demonstrated the flip flop. She tried to imitate it, but couldn't pull it off. "Grrr..." Shaking her head with a growl, she tried again and again, unsuccessfully.

Pounce strode in, happy this time actually. He hadn't learned of Bomba's pregancy and hadn't been around much really. He was coming in to see if Tumble was around somewhere. He hadn't seen the Tom kitten in a long while, but knew he had been on the mission to rescue Quaxo and wanted to hear his stories. They were a lot better than Etcy's.
Speaking of Etcy Pouncival rolled on the floor with laughter as he entered the center of the Junkyard. Watching Etcetera trying to dance was the most hilarious thing the Tom kitten had ever witnessed. He was laughing so hard tears welled in his eyes.
"What are you doing, Etcy?"
He managed to get out between giggles.

Rumple felt her heart breaking in two. "Maybe that move just isn't for you." She said calmly.

Etcetera stomped her foot and put her paws on her hips, her nose in the air. "I's trying to dance, Pounc-i-val, and if yous can't see that, you's must be blind!" She tried to do another flip flop, but couldn't pull it off, so she instead did a high kick like the one Bomba and Demeta had taught her for the ball.

Pounce snerked and almost stopped laughing, but not quite. He still emated chuckled every once in a while.
"Yeaaah. Dancin'. Uh-huh. Riiight."
He tried his own dance move. Failed that. Well! He didn't have to dance anyway, his voice was pretty enough he didn't have to. Tugger didn't dance! He crossed his arms and mimicked Etcy with his nose in the air.
"Well, I'm better at singin' 'in you!"

Rumple shot a glare at Pounce, not just a glare, a death glare. /Shut up/ she mouthed still growling. She glanced at Mungo then at Pounce. Mungo getting the message got up and tackled Pouncival to the ground as if to play fight with him. Rumple turned her attention back to Etcy. "Etcy how abou' ya' take a break." She said placing a hand on the little kittens shoulders. "Ya' 'ave been doing this for 'wo days straight time to rest." She said not happy with the fact that she sounded lik Etcys mother.

"Soooo?" Etcy asked, sticking out her tongue at Pounce before doing a twirl on one foot. "Tugger likes queens who can dance!" She swung her hips, emulating Tugger's signature move, and tried to make a face like his at the same time. Tugger was soooo amazing! "An' I can sing higher than you!" That was when Mungajerrie tackled Pounce and Etcy looked up at Rumpateaza's hand on her shoulder. "I don't wanna rest! I gotta keep practicing if'n I ever wanna be as good a dancer as you or Vicky or Bomba!"

Pounce did not get to say what he could do (which was that he could sing higher if he wanted to) because at that moment Mungojerrie tackled him. Pounce was easily distraced. Instead of thinking this was intentional like other, older, Toms would he just laughed and growled playfully.
The Tom kitten wrestled with the older Tom, going for the tail. Of course.

Mungo turned over pinning the tom down, a playful smile on his face. "Pinned ya'!" He said his childish nature showing.
Rumple frowned so this was Tuggers fualt, of course, Anything that win wrong with Etcy involved the words Tugger in it. She was just about to give a speech wehn an idea formed, a fun way to get her to stop. She built up her strength then said. "Nope ya' are goin' to take a break." Then with that Rumple picked the kitten up tossed her over her shoulder and started to run off with her.
