Hello,
This is my very first post here. And I am confused.
Um... maybe I'm just stupid, but I dont see a character list anywhere telling me who has been taken and who hasn't. So if you would be so kind as to direct me to the canon characters that have yet to be grabbed, I would be very greatful.
See... I have a couple in mind, but I dont want to offend anyone by speaking up if they're already being played.

In the character list, cats that have been taken say so after their description - taken characters are on top, untaken are on the bottom. I know it's a bit confusing - I've been meaning to change the color or something, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Perhaps I should do that now... ^__^;;;
Sorry for the confusion.

Can I call you "Straps"? Or, well, can my character call you Straps?
By the way - where do I stick my request for a character? It seems to be all over the place and I'm not sure whether I should make a new thread or just post in one of the old ones. (God, I sound like an idiot. lol)

You wouldn't be the first to get away with Straps. Alonzo uses it all the time, so yes, Straps is fine.
I intended for all character requests to go in the "Applying for a Character" thread, but as you've noticed, they've gotten all over the place. I'd appreciate it if you stuck it in there.
(and don't worry about sounding like an idiot. It's just a reminder to me that I need to clean up some of these threads.)
