Rumple smiled. "I guess." She started then Mungo added. "That we aren't." Then the couple looked at eachother and said. "Responsible." They giggled at the fact that they could almost read eachothers mind. "He was a fast runner anywa'." Said Rumple shruging again. "Ya' shouldn't have let 'em coem with us, I mean her." Mungo said pointing at his beloved mate. "Because I just ain't." Rumple looked at Mungo again. "Responsible!" They both said identicaly again. Rumple burst into a giggle fit, Mungo soon did after her. "But 'ey we are luckey!" Said rumple bursting into another strong giggle fit. "Very luckey!" Added Mungo still laughing. "Increadablyaly' luckey!" Added Rumple leaning over due to the fact that they where laughing so hard. "No Rumple it twas' Increadabaly luckey!" Corrected Mungo still laughing with all of his little heart.

Munkustrap crossed his arms. "You're right, it was my mistake in letting him go off with the two of you. I had thought I could trust you with the life of another Jellicle. I won't make that mistake again." He was rather offended that these two were taking things so lightly - Pouncival could have died, and they were laughing! Granted, Pouncival was fine, just scared, but still! Anything could have happened!

Munkustrap hissed at the pair in irritation before stalking away, his tail switching angrily.

Pouncival wasn't going to like being forbidden to go out with those two any more.

None of the kittens would.

Mungo and Rumple, for all their irresponsible ways, were favorites among the younger cats for their playful natures.

Quaxo had been awake for some time now, staying in his tunnel for the sole reason to think. Munkustrap had been in his tribe before. That really got to him, that he never knew this older cat for the first two years of his life.

The younger tom flicked his tail slowly as he watched Munkustrap slink away from the mischevous duo, smiling as the striped cat made his way past his tunnel. Calling out his name, Quaxo crawled out from the tunnel.

"Munky, wait up!"

Munkustrap slowed his step and turned his face to Quaxo, shaking his head. "I told you not to call me that." Still, he stopped long enough for Quaxo to catch up, and then he began walking again. Even with Quaxo's presence by his side, he still had an irritated expression on his face and his ears were slightly back.

The duo looked at eac`hother when thye heard Misto. "Munky!" They yelled after the cat. Rumpleteazer deapened her voice to sound like a males. "Munky is ah' 'ery tough manly name!" She said making a muscle man pose. Mungo got his voice high to sound like a ladies. "Munky is ah' beautiful and 'ery femine name." He said posing as a lady. They both broke out into fits of histeracal laughter.

"Wait 'till I tell Tugger! Tha' laughter will nevah' stop!" Said Rumple elbowing Mungo in the gut. "I'll tell everyone else!" He said falling over his mate still laughing.

The young cat frowned when he heard Munkustrap's irritated voice. He walked close to his side, nuzzling his cheek softly and looking concerned. Quaxo reached over, taking his friend's paw in his own and pulling it up to kiss it softly.

"Are you alright, Munkustrap?" Quaxo asked quietly, swinging their paws between them and biting his lip. He'd seen his friend angry before, but this was something that didn't happen often. "What happened with Jerrie and Teazer?"

Quaxo heard the duo's jeers and sneered, turning back to them. "Shut up, guys. You've really ticked him off, alright? Just... stop."

[Munkustrap Etc.]

Munkustrap switched his tail at the duo's voices, but otherwise didn't react to them. "They were responsible for keeping Pouncival safe, and they didn't. Nor did they think that what they did was very serious," he answered Quaxo.

"Oh." Quaxo whispered, nodding slowly and leaning over to kiss his temple softly, though his lips may have rested on the other's fur for too long before he pulled back. The younger cat squeezed Munkustrap's paw, sighing quietly. "I'm sorry that those two are so immature. They don't think trouble can touch them."

[Arya]

"Because it can't touch us!" Said Rumple poping up behind the couple. Mungo flicked Misto's ear. "Someone has ah' crush!" He teased nodding happily. Rumple leaned on Munkstraps back, reclining her head. "It ain't our fault tat' tha' kittens love us and hate ya'!" She jeered smiling from cheek to cheek. "We are just so loveable!" Exclaimed Mungo leaning against Misto. They started to hum their theme song identicaly.

[Munkustrap Etc.]

Munkustrap sighed. "It's just who they are. I need to stop expecting things from them, and just let them exist as they are. The kittens won't relish being forbidden from playing with them, though." Maybe, if he just told Jellylorum, she could tell the kittens, and then he wouldn't be blamed for spoiling their fun.

That was when the duo jumped up behind them and Munkustrap let out a yowl of pain, turning quickly to shove Rumpleteazer away from his injured back.
